</Steps>

## Custom Permissions

<Info>
  Custom roles are available on the **Pro** and **Enterprise** plans. Contact [support@transparencyhubnetwork.ai](mailto:support@transparencyhubnetwork.ai) for details.
</Info>

Custom roles let you define granular permissions for:

* Member management (view, create, edit, delete)
* Event management
* Payment viewing and recording
* Settings access
* Workflow configuration

## Best Practices

<Tip>
  Follow the **principle of least privilege** — assign the minimum role needed for each person's responsibilities. You can always elevate access later.
</Tip>

* Keep the number of **Owners** small (1–2 people)
* Use **Chapter Leads** to delegate regional management
* Review role assignments quarterly
