Application Stage
- Application Received — Sent to the applicant upon submission
- Application Approved — Sent when an admin approves the application
- Application Rejected — Sent with an optional reason for rejection
- Action Required — Reminder for incomplete application steps
Expiration & Renewal
- Renewal Reminder — Sent based on the reminder frequency configured on the membership type (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly)
- Membership Expired — Sent when the membership lapses
- Renewal Successful — Confirmation after successful renewal payment
Payment
- Payment Receipt — Sent after each successful payment
- Payment Failed — Sent when an auto-recurring charge fails
- Payment Retry Notice — Notification of upcoming retry attempt
