Members

Members are the core of your association. Transparency Hub Network provides flexible tools for adding, managing, and importing members.

Adding Members

Navigate to Members → Add Member and fill in:
  • Full name and email address
  • Membership type
  • Chapter assignment (optional)
  • Custom profile fields
The member will receive an invitation email to complete their profile.

Member Profiles

Each member profile includes:
  • Personal information — Name, email, phone, address
  • Membership details — Type, status, join date, expiration
  • Chapter assignments — Which chapters they belong to
  • Payment history — Dues payments and outstanding balances
  • Event attendance — Events they’ve registered for or attended

Managing Members

From the member list, you can:
  • Search and filter by name, email, membership type, status, or chapter
  • Edit individual member profiles
  • Change membership type or status
  • Suspend or deactivate members
  • Export the member list to CSV
Deactivating a member revokes their access to the member portal and stops renewal reminders. It does not delete their data.

Member Statuses
