Roles & Permissions

Transparency Hub Network uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage what each user can see and do within an association.

Assigning Roles

Go to Members

Navigate to Members and select the member you want to update.

Change Role

In the member’s profile, select the new role from the Role dropdown.

Save

Confirm the change. The member’s permissions update immediately.

Custom Permissions

Custom roles are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Contact support@transparencyhubnetwork.ai for details.
Custom roles let you define granular permissions for:
  • Member management (view, create, edit, delete)
  • Event management
  • Payment viewing and recording
  • Settings access
  • Workflow configuration

Best Practices

Follow the principle of least privilege — assign the minimum role needed for each person’s responsibilities. You can always elevate access later.
  • Keep the number of Owners small (1–2 people)
  • Use Chapter Leads to delegate regional management
  • Review role assignments quarterly
