Transparency Hub Network uses a managed email service to deliver transactional emails including:
- Membership application notifications
- Renewal reminders
- Payment receipts
- Event invitations and reminders
- Meeting minutes delivery

Customization
Email templates can be customized per notification type in Administration → Notifications. See Notifications for details on template variables and customization options.
Ensure your association’s email domain is properly configured to avoid emails landing in spam folders. Contact support if you need help with email deliverability.
